The Department of Social Welfare and Development is well known when it comes to helping Filipino Citizens since there’s a lot of Filipinos who really need help and one of them is the indigent senior citizens. Why? because due to being old, there are things they weren’t able to do anymore unlike when they were still young, just like going to work for instance.
