Guide on How to Check Job Order Online Using POEA Website

Who doesn’t want to have a good life? A life that money is not a problem, that is what we all want, isn’t it? However, it’s sad to say that there are many unfortunate Filipino citizens. They aren’t lucky enough to find a job here in the Philippines that will help them sustain and provide for their family’s daily needs.

That is why many Filipinos chose to work abroad even if it means leaving their loved ones for years because they think that is the only way to earn big amount of money. Honestly, yes it is. Working abroad is one way to earn bigger than what you usually earn here in the Philippines, why? Because of the money conversion. Every country has its own conversion or exchange rate that is why if you work abroad you earn bigger amount if you converted your money into Philippine Peso.

Furthermore, since working abroad has been very prominent these days, a growing number of illegal recruiters are spreading all over the country. So beware and if you’re planning to work abroad this might help and give you an idea on how to check if the agency is legal.

Here’s the Step to Check POEA Job Order Online:
(If it is Legal or Not)

1. Go to POEA website or click this link: poea.gov.ph
2. Once clicked you will be redirected to the POEA website
3. The system will then show you 3 choices which are the following.

4. Whichever you prefer, just click it.
5. If you click “Search Available Job Order by Position” you will then be required to type what position are you looking for. (See the photo below for a reference.)

6. For example, we’re looking for a Writer Job Position, just type it and then click “Search by Date JO Approved”
7. You will be redirected to a new page which will show you all the job orders that were searched via date it was approved. (See the photo below for a reference.)

8. However, if you wanted to search the job via country just click the button “Sort by Country”. Once clicked you will be redirected to a page where all the job was sorted via country. (See the photo below for a reference.)

9. But if you wanted to search for a job via an agency, just click the button “Sort by Agency”. Once clicked you will be redirected to a page where all the job offers were sorted via agency. (See the photo below for a reference.)

Just be patient in finding the best work for you. Choose a job that you think will be good for you and you will enjoy it. It will be so much easier if you love what you’re doing despite the fact that you are far away from your loved ones. Make sure that before you trust an agency, conduct a legitimacy check first. Always remember the saying “Lamang ang may alam”.
